Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Wellnutris, operated by Well Nutris Foods & Packaging Pvt Ltd. We aim to maintain transparency and fairness in all order-related matters.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted promptly with the relevant Order ID.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unopened (where applicable), and in original condition.
  • Original packaging, labels, and invoice are intact.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened, consumed, or tampered with.
  • Items damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
  • Products purchased under special offers, clearance sales, or discounts.
  • Returns requested beyond the specified eligibility period.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer.

5. Replacement / Exchange

Replacements may be offered for damaged or incorrect products, subject to stock availability. Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part, return shipping costs will be borne by us.
  • In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. How to Raise a Request

To initiate a cancellation, return, or refund request, please contact us with your Order ID and relevant details. Requests made without prior communication may not be accepted.
